As of 2021, Art Round Tennessee (ART) is a non-profit organization based in Cookeville and dedicated to supporting artists in the Upper Cumberland region of Tennessee. The mission of ART is to provide opportunities to engage all people in experiencing and creating art, keeping art in the public eye, thereby promoting Cookeville as a growing and vibrant art destination that encourages and supports economic opportunities.

This collection is comprised of various newsletters and publications distributed from Tennessee Technological University as well as other institutions in or relevant to the Upper Cumberland area, which date from 1951 through 2020, with the bulk of the records dating from the 1970s through the 2000s.
