Content Description
The Mastersingers records date from 1978 through 2014. Suellen Alford, a longtime singer in the Mastersingers, compiled the collection and made the associated scrapbooks. Records include performance schedules, photographs, reviews, notes, flyers, programs, budgets, ticket sales, financial statements, group constitutions, board member duties and responsibilities, fundraiser attendees and contributors, personnel information, scrapbooks, and compact discs of their music. The records provide a detailed account of the beginnings and growth of the Mastersingers through 2014. Records are arranged into three series: Series I: General Files; Series II: Ephemera; and Series III: Scrapbooks. Records are arranged chronologically within series.
