Interviews were conducted by Tennessee Tech student volunteers in the 2020-2021 RACE PLUS program for the 30 year anniversary of the Leona Lusk Officer Black Cultural Center.

Access Restrictions

The oral histories with John James and Brandon Sawyer have a restriction until 2040-2041 because of no deeds of gift. After 20 years from date of creation, they can be considered abandoned property by Tennessee state law.
