Sigma Xi charter and certificate

Sigma Xi, the scientific research society, is an international scientific research honor society for scientists and engineers. This collection includes the charter for establishing the Tennessee Technological University Chapter of Sigma Xi in 1994 and a Certificate of Recognition presented by the Committee on Membership to the Tennessee Technological University club. The certificate is for "being devoted to the promotion of research in science" and "for exceeding 5% or more local membership growth in 1992." The Sigma Chi President and the Committee on Membership Chair signed the certificate.
