Content Description
This item is a vertical banner made of an oatmeal-colored tweed, embroidered with black thread at its top, "Tennessee Technological University." Below is embroidered in black cross-stitch, "Tennessee Homecoming '86," beneath which is and embroidered rocking chair in brown cross-stitch with a cross-stitched Tennessee flag draped over one of its arms. The bottom is fringed. Its white backing is embroidered in black script, "Handcrafted and presented by the Iris Chapter of Ebroiderers Guild of America Inc." Below in black script, the following names are embroidered: Carolyn Dudney, Diane Ledbetter, Carolyn Gernt, Cindy Baggett, Claudine Branch, Gwen Ray, Nancy Bunce, and Betty Dooley.
