The Administrative Files series documents Derryberry’s work during his term as President of Tennessee Tech University. Materials include meeting minutes, subject files, clippings, correspondence, financial records, reports, annotated publications on education topics, and records of Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) accreditation visits and self-study preparation. The SACS records are useful for compilations of university wide statistics and reports on academic programs, personnel, facilities, and finances for 1960 to 1973. The series includes Tech commencement programs that he annotated. The series is arranged alphabetically by folder title, then chronologically by creation date.
