Content Description
Wade Storie Parachute Club album: Fifty-four rounded edge photographs in color, fourteen strips of negatives. Album book includes forty-two of the photographs attached in the book, twelve photographs and fourteen negatives were loose and are now preserved in archival sleeves. These photographs were created by Wade Storie when he attended Tennessee Tech University's Parachute Club events at the Upper Cumberland Regional Airport during the years 1974-1976. Wade Storie was a pre-teen in the 1970s. The photographs document a time immediately before sport jumpers changed their parachutes from square to round. They were jumping from 3000 feet.
