Scope and Contents
The scrapbook was created by Nell Driver, and consists of ephemera, political memorabilia, correspondences, documents, newspapers, photographs, and a poem. The book is primarily about Joe L. Evins and his political career, with most of the content originating from notable events such as the Joe L. Evins Tribute at Tennessee Technological University in 1976. The scrapbook contains a poem written by Joe L. Evins about his late wife Ann Evins, which he gifted to the Drivers a few weeks before his own death.
