There are also numerous prominent politician's signatures include in the contents of two scrapbooks, one on an Appalachian Scenic Highway with signatures of David Pack, Joe L. Evins, Harlan Mathews, Henry Ward, Frank Stubblefield, Edward Breathitt, Thurston Morton, Frank Clement, Annette Belle Clement, and a second scrapbook on Economic resources development which has the signatures of Albert Gore Sr. , Jim Sasser, Joe L. Evins, Franklin D. Roosevelt Jr., and Sargent Shriver.

Bibliography
Harold Ward Draper was born in 1924 and resided in Gainesboro, Tenn. He was a United States Army Veteran. He was a member of the Board of Directors for the Upper Cumberland Development District and the Upper Cumberland Economic and Resource Development Association. He served as Mayor of Gainesboro from 1963 to 1964.
